I am extremely ecstatic to share a photographic project I am currently working on here in Austin, TX. The purpose of this project is to provide a unique and creative perspective on the deep and joyful connection between homeless people and their pets. The current aspect of the project will directly benefit the Animal Trustees 4PAWS Program (People and Animals Without Shelter) and will be shared with the community in the spring of 2012. Gabrielle Amster (currently positioned as the development director at the Animal Trustees of Austin) and I are collaborating on Lifelines with one another. Our partnership enables me to focus primarily on the photographic process while Gabrielle takes the lead on production and other documentary roles.
I look forward to sharing more about this project and letting you know about ways to support our efforts in the near future! If you have any questions about this project, please feel free to contact me or Gabrielle Amster directly. (Contact info below).
